Anthony "Tee-Tone" Joel Talbert Obituary (1960

Anthony Joel “Tee-Tone” Talbert October 7, 1960 – September 23, 2018. Age 57 went home to be with the Lord on September 23, 2018. Was born in Canton, Ohio on October 7, 1960 to Amon “Amos” and Shirley A. Talbert. He accepted Christ and was baptized at a young age at Mt. Calvary 2nd Baptist Church in Canton, Ohio. He graduated from Timken Senior High School in 1978 where he loved playing football. Tony followed his dreams and moved to California at the age of 18 and made his life there. He was employed by the Orange County School District in California. He attended Eastern Illinois University and was also a veteran of the United States Navy. Tony is preceded in death by his father Amon “Amos” Talbert Sr., grandparents Haskell and Dora Talbert, William and Lorean Baity, and nephew Elliott Haskell Talbert. He is survived by his loving mother Shirley A. Talbert of Canton, Ohio, son Stefan (LaShanda) Earl Talbert Sr. of Los Angeles CA., daughter Stephanie Danielle Talbert of Canada, 2 grandchildren Stefan E. Jr., and Royalty Essence Sherell Talbert of Los Angeles CA.; 2 brothers Jerry (Helen) Knighton Sr., of Hilton Head SC and Amon Talbert Jr. of Columbus OH; 5 sisters Jacqueline K., Cheryl D., Lisa A. (Mark), Maria L., and Stephanie E. Talbert all of Canton, Ohio. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services will be Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Schneeberger Funeral Home at 11 am. Visitation from 10-11 am. Burial will follow in North Lawn Cemetery.
