David was born on November 27, 1975, and lived a life defined not by grandeur, but by sincerity and heart. He was a man of genuine character — steady, kind, and true to himself. Those who had the privilege of spending time with him often remarked on his easygoing nature and his ability to bring warmth and light to ordinary moments. As those close to him fondly shared, “He would just be David” — authentic, humble, and unmistakably himself.

He shared a special and enduring bond with his sister, Tangie, whose love and companionship meant the world to him. He also held a deep affection for his family, especially his great-nieces, who brought him laughter and joy, and his devoted girlfriend, Ester, whose love and care were a source of great comfort. Family was always at the center of David’s heart.

David is lovingly survived by his daughter, Angelique Frasier, who carries forward his strength, compassion, and spirit. He is also remembered by his children, who wish he could have met his two precious grandchildren, whom he would have loved beyond measure. Though distance and circumstance sometimes made connection difficult, David’s love for his family remained steadfast.

In accordance with the family’s wishes, no public services will be held. Cremation will take place.
