Jeannette "Jenny" Williams Obituary (1956

Jeannette (Jenny) Ann Williams, 67, passed away suddenly from an unexpected cancer diagnosis at Aultman Woodlawn Compassionate Care Center on Monday, April 24, 2023, surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Jenny was born in Alliance, Ohio on February 1, 1956, to her loving mother, the late Wilma (Walters) Jenkins and to Lawrence Jenkins and lived in Alliance all of her adult life. After staying home and raising her family for several years, Jenny worked as an STNA and activities aide at Roselawn Terrace until returning to school in her fifties and becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked as an LPN until her retirement in 2013. She loved family gatherings and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Alliance Church of Christ for many years. She was an avid Cleveland sports and NASCAR fan, and she enjoyed crocheting and collecting music boxes. She is survived by her children, Mike (Andrea) Williams, Leann (Shaun Perez) Wright and Daniel Williams and her grandchildren Mati and Maxx Williams and Neahmya and Messiah Myers all of Alliance; Her siblings Terri (Kenny) Beswick of Pickerington, OH, Glenda (Greg) Oyster of Alliance, John (Tessie) Jenkins of Beloit, Karen Risher of Pickerington, OH several nieces and nephews, in-laws, numerous friends and her furry companion, Kitty. In addition to her parents, Jenny was preceded in death by her husband; Ronald (Ron) Williams, whom she married on November 25, 1977, and who died on January 12, 2018.
