Jeffery was a native son of Ohio, residing in Canton, and despite never having been formally employed, he was a full-time purveyor of goodwill, cheer, and understanding. His generosity and kindness were his currency, and in this, he was a wealthy man. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Herbert Jr. and Peggy Rowan. Their teachings shaped Jeffery into the man he was, and their love for him was evident in his love for others.
