John "Eddie" Rehfus Obituary (1926

John “Eddie” Rehfus 7/13/1926 – 2/10/2019 Passed away in the home of his sister, Linda Hoover Sunday morning February 10, 2019. Born in Canton, OH to the late Roy and Carolyn (Sisterhen) Rehfus. He retired from the Ford Motor Co. and served his country in the U.S. Army during W.W. II. Also preceded in death by his first wife, Ann and his second wife, ShirleyAnn. Survived by his children, Michael Rehfus and Bobbie Lockhard; two sisters, Linda (Ralph) Hoover and Peggy (Shawn) Walker; grandchildren, Michael and Nicole; and many special nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be Sunday, February 17, 2019 at 4 pm at the Schneeberger Funeral Home. His nephew, William J. Krills will officiate. Military honors by the U.S. Army will follow. Friends will be received from 2-4 pm before services. He will be laid to rest next to his wife, ShirleyAnn in Sunset Hills Burial Park. A private ceremony will take place.
