Robert "Carl" Foster

Carl Foster, 88, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 19, 2023. He was born March 20, 1934.
He was a long-time resident of Rose Lane nursing home.

Carl is survived by his wife Ginny; brother Tom; son Walt; stepsons Leo, Jim and Kevin Omicinski and their spouses; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom he adored.

He is preceded in death by his daughter Wendy and son Mark.

Carl retired Captain from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service as a navigator.
After retiring he enjoyed traveling throughout the United States visiting family and friends with his wife Ginny.

A military funeral with full honors will be held at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio. The date for the military funeral will be announced at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a contribution be made in Carl’s name to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, a charity he was very passionate about.
