Shirley D.Kirkman
Age 83, of Canton, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017.
She was born September 15, 1934 in Canton, OH to the late
Nellie (Mihaltian) Walters and Trent Mihaltian. She graduated
from McKinley High School and was a member of Canton Baptist Temple.
She was a volunteer with the Red Cross for 15 years.
Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl E.Kirkman; step-father, Delmar Walters; son, Richard Schaffner and Edward Schaffner- father to Richard and David Schaffner.
She is survived by son, David Schaffner, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial services will be Wednesday at 2 pm in the Canton Baptist Temple with Pastor Jake Tovissi officiating. Friends will be received from 1-2 pm. Private burial will take place in Forest Hill Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
