Alejandro brings a rare combination of heart, hospitality, and hometown pride to his role at Schneeberger-Oser Funeral Home. A proud graduate of Washington High School and former Massillon Tiger football player, Alejandro learned early the values of teamwork, integrity, and discipline—principles that continue to guide his service to families today.
Before entering funeral service, Alejandro spent several years working in the hospitality industry, where he mastered the art of creating meaningful experiences through attentive, compassionate service. His background gave him a deep understanding of people—their emotions, expectations, and the comfort that comes from being cared for with genuine sincerity. Those experiences laid the foundation for a seamless transition into funeral service, where his passion for helping others found a new and lasting purpose.
As Assistant to the Director & Family Services Consultant, Alejandro serves as a vital part of our team—supporting daily operations while being a trusted, familiar face for families. He works closely alongside Director Andrew Oser, coordinating services, overseeing front-of-house details, and ensuring that every aspect of a ceremony flows with dignity and grace. During visitations and services, Alejandro’s calm presence and attention to detail help families feel at ease, knowing that their loved one is being honored with the utmost care.
In addition to his operational role, Alejandro is a licensed preneed consultant, guiding individuals and families through the planning process with empathy and respect. His approach to advance planning blends professionalism with heartfelt understanding, empowering families to make thoughtful decisions and find peace of mind for the future.
